OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD: Three reasons why i’m not having sex

I’m in love with a virgin who’s not having it (pun intended).
Even though I’m not married, if I swing with another girl I’d be cheating on my wife.
My third reason I got from my class at St. Urse. Three different times in the Song of Solomon the lyrics say “Do not awaken love before it’s time” (Song of Solomon 2:7, 3:5 & 8:4). At first I didn’t know what that meant. But as I thought about it and related it to my life I started to understand what it means.
Have you noticed that when you get with somebody (even if you’re just creeping) things change between you and that person? You become mad familiar with them and you feel like you own a piece of them after you do the wild thing.
You’re giving that person a part of you that you can never get back. You can act like it never happened, but you can never get that piece of you back. I’ve made some mistakes in my past, and when I’m around those girls now I feel funny if I’m with Precious. That’s because I woke up love before I was supposed to.
And can I keep it real right here? I feel like I was created to love Precious. So I shouldn’t have given my “love” to people who aren’t even a part of my life anymore.
Let me ask you a question, if you could have the man or woman of your dreams, would you feel the need to hook up with somebody else right now? Let me ask you another question; is the person especially made for you worth waiting for? It’s easy for me to answer that because I found the girl of my dreams, so I’m good. this book was shockingly deep and easy to relate to. i recommend it to most teens whom i know have gone through many of these same problems and various trials as Tory goes through. it shows that the things we expierence are real and people actually do understand and that we just have to live life, but at the same time, we HAVE to have fun and, most importantly, love ourselves first.
When I started to read this book I thought wow this kid really wants this. As I got farther I could imagine what was going on, the block parties, fights, and even some of the people. I recommend this book to teens and anybody who has dream that they can’t get started.
